Opus X Football

Just ran across this huge monster of a cigar. Apparently it's a 160 ring gauge. Anybody ever try this thing?

I read about that puppy the other night, if I remember correctly it was rolled to commemorate Dan Marino's career. AF rolled a baseball bat at one point as well.

That looks an awful like a cigar the Cigar Obsession guy did a review on. I don't know if its the same football but I remember him saying it tasted a lot like hay and grass.

Not the same cigar...I got some of the same ones he did, and they are cheap little novelty things...I really don't want to smoke them...lol...

The Opus X football is rolled with Opus tobacco, and EXTREMELY rare...but according to those who have had them, they can be smoked (albeit slowly) and are apparently quite good...

I would give my left nut for one...

Pepin Garcia has rolled both a baseball bat and a pipe and I understand they are very smokable!

I smoked one that was gifted to me by my friend Greg Mottola from Cigar Aficionado magazine, he is the the one in the picture with me. Honestly it was not very good and got mealy like an old apple about 25% into it.

I smoked better than half and it was pretty bad, started to collapse on itself.
