I started this P90x yesterday... Im sure most of you guys have heard of it. I did "Day 1" and blew chunks about 8 minutes into the Ab ripper portion... This workout is very extreme so lets see what happens

**I took my before pics and hopefully in 90 days I will see results and finally see my penis when I look down.

Is anyone else doing this workout regiment?

**I can see my penis when I look down, I just added that comment for comic relief.

Not a bad routine. I myself stick to good old fashioned weight lifting & a few miles of cardio on the arc trainer 5-6 days a week.

I've seen that video a number of times. I'm sure it works pretty good because of it's intensity. I've been working out for about three months now & have lost twenty pounds & counting. I feel much better, but I'm sure that I'm not making anywhere near the progress that the P90x program would give.

I just finished day 2... didnt throw up today... so that's good. As for the comment of Chefs having guts, Im only a Chef about 14 hours of the day, as for the other 10 hours; Im a lover, a caring nurturer, and a cigar smoker... I dont need to get buff, I just want to look good naked.

Ive done it a few days wait till you get to plyo workout I couldnt walk right for 3 days. It had muscles in my lower ass and ham es crying. But im going to start it for good in a week when I get the whole set. There are about 5 guys at the firehouse who have lost about 25lbs in 2 months following the strict diet that came along with it. Good luck if you follow it to a tee theres no doubt you can get Jacked and Tan.

ive been trying to get thru 90 days of this program since jan 5th. life keeps on getting in the way... but when i do get thru it without any breaks i know im gonna be ripped.

this is a very high level workout regimen... this would compare to the intensity of my wkouts when i swam competitively in college (although in those days i worked out 16 hrs a week.) i am very happy with the purchase and like i said... i am just waiting until i have 90 days to commit to this.

in addition... and i know most of you are going to cringe... when i do commit to 90 days of this i will not smoke one cigar for the duration of the program. This stuff is INTENSE and i dont think anyone can get thru it while smoking regularly... or atleast it will be EXTREMELY difficult. BUT ON DAY 91 IM SMOKING AN OPUS!!!!!:ccowboy:

funny you should start this thread, a friend recommended it so I started it on Sunday. I didn't quit or pause the tape. I hammered out the 1st day, chest and back + abs. I was SORE AS HELL for the next 4 days. Theres no questioning the extremity of the workout, but they've taken it too far. What they're doing is ruining your muscles so bad it takes thousands of calories and days to repair them, and subsequently you lose weight. This is for people who want to lose weight not for people who want to get more jacked!

I'll use the techniques and motions, but I wont do another full workout like that again.

Ask any real lifter, you don't go out to the gym to decimate your muscles. You do your damage and get out, 45 min. tops
