I've been looking for some new cigars to try and one of the cigars on my radar has been a Padilla Artemis Robusto. I never really hear anyone talk about these so it has me wondering if they are worth trying. They are pretty pricey at $11.00 for a single and $187.00 for a box of 20. May be a candidate for my next box split.

Anyone have experience with these? Opinions?

Oh wow. Check out CBid man, they go for way less on there. If you have to have the Robusto you might have to wait a little while for them to come back up, but there's a box of Toros for $37 right now and 15 hours left to bid. Also an auction for Robusto singles with a few days left with bidding at $3.00 a piece. Could pick up a few to see if you like 'em first.

I just bought a 10 pack of Double Torpedo's on cigar.com's "daily deal" the other day for $37.50 with free shipping. I should have them in hand by tomorrow & I'll probably burn one ROTT for the hell of it. I like many other Padilla blends, so I'm hoping I'll like this one too. Lots of mixed reviews out there on this one though...

I picked up a fiver of robustos on cbid for $10 and a fiver of the double torpedo for $19. They are really nice, somewhat complex, med body smoke.

I've had a couple of these, from what I remember good flavor but seemed a bit more peppery than Padillas recent stuff if I remember correctly.

Had a few toros from cbid - IIRC, around $2.50 per. Maybe the most cashew-y cigar I've had. They burn great for 2/3's and then tend to get a bit tight or ragged. All-in-all, good deal at cbid prices.
