The Habeneros are very well made, they are handmade and have a near perfect draw for the 39 ring size.
The first third was a little disappointing, definitely a Partagas but nothing special. The second third is where this gets its name, it is spicy as HELL. It is so spicy it burns your tongue. The last third is a little spicy but mellows down into more chocolate.

Overall this is a nice smoke, and for the price it is quite good. For true fans of Partagas its not the best but might be worth having a box if you have some extra room in the humi your looking to fill. Maybe it will improve with age but it not very interesting or complex yet.

I actually bought the box because I couldn't find any reviews of the cigar and the name mixed with the brand yells SPICY.

Thanks for the review, I have been wanting to try these, I thought they were machine made because they are in a cello(aren't they?), I may have to try out a box.

Yes, they are machine made....I haven't tried these, but there are some good machine made cigars out there.

They may have been machine made in the past but these were definitely hand made and not in cello.
There are quite a few CCs which previously were machine made then discontinued and reintroduced as handmade.
