Hey bros. so I bought this pelican case for some of my GoPro stuff. Rightfully pelican is my go to for photography equipment.

But as I was looking at it I realized that it was a air tight and water prof container! So can't this be used as an travel dor??

Obviously you would take out the middle foam part but hey it can work I think?

Thoughts, comments, concerns?

Lots of folks use Pelican cases for cigar storage. I don't because they're too expensive for me to use, and I can get a good enough plastic box cheaper from fieldsupply when they run a sale. But yeah, you can also buy foam padding on the secondary market for them.

Thanks all for the responses!!

Now there's a beauty!!

If you don't mind me asking where did you get the cigar foam from? Or do you just kind of toss them in there?
I just keep enough in there so they don't roll around too much

... anything not in cello goes in old finger bags.

I think my wife got this for me as a bday gift for 30 - something off amazon.

Absolutely! All the small cigar carriers are modeled on the pelican cases. I also use them for camera equipment, switched from the Haliburton cases years ago.
I added a digital hygrometer to a large one that I use to carry cigars when I travel. I don't know how to post pictures on this site but I had made a short YouTube video one it, I've pasted the link here:
