Very nice site. I voted for the Oliva Connecticut. Anyone who hasn't tried these, I would HIGHLY recommend them. They are around $5/stick and are incredible, both as a Connecticut wrapper cigar and as an economy smoke.

My list this year for economy cigars (~$5), not necessarily in any order:
