Looking at possibly taking a road trip from DC to Lafayette LA in the near future. We're looking to sell a vehicle and my BIL has agreed to take care of it, only thing is he's down in Lafayette. I'd like to get it done sooner than later so we don't' have to store the car but I'm a little skeptical about it snowing while I'm up north. Any hints on predicting the weather lol. I'll have to purchase a plane ticket as well so I have to have at least a 7 day advance notice on that. What do you all think? G1

One possibility I'm looking at is leaving Monday the 30th, drive to around Birmingham (thats about 12.5 hours), Stay in Birmingham then Tuesday the 31st, head to Lafayette. I'm trying to hit an Icegators game and thats the closest mid week game. Weekends are ultra busy for me work wise so I can't be gone for a weekend.

Marty are you in SC?? What takes you to Baton Rouge? G1
