This is difficult and depends much on condition and who you are talking with. But, a good quality premium cigar from back in the day like a Partagas, Monty, R&J etc. in premo condition can fetch from $100 bucks to several times that. Clear Cigars being the ones made with cuban leaf, but rolled mostly here in the states can often be had for as little as $10 each, if you can find them. If you want more details on this, there are some cigar forums that focus on vintage cigars, I'm not involved with any of them though. Do you just want to smoke some old cigars or are you thinking of collecting them?

Thanks for the web-link, have never seen that webpage before, and about the vintage cigars, I am thinking going both ways on them, but sometimes I found smoking a fresh cigar is always better, then some aged ones I am sure not all cigars benefit with age. This J O double corona shagfoot pigtail, is def. going to be burnt this week.

Pre embargo cigars are really difficult. YOu can find a box that seems to be okay, but they mught have been found in an attick several years ago and rehumidified.

If you were to find a box that was well taken care of since before the revolution you would end up dropping anywhere from $150-$500 a stick.
