Are any of you mad bombers out there having problems with the USPS ClicknShip program?

It's been giving me fits lately. First, a couple weeks ago I was having problems with it not giving me a print screen, only to find out that every time I tried it was dinging my bank account, for a total to the tune of several hundred dollars. We finally got that straightened out and it was working fine and finally, after 10 days or so they refunded my money.
Now, it's telling me I'm giving it the wrong info for my card, the same one I've been using for over a year. So I try to print labels without postage to at least make the time I've spent worth something but it just cancels the batch. It's happened every day for the last three days and I end up having to handwrite the labels and go wait for the Post Office to calculate everything so I can pay there. It's wasted a bunch of my time and caused me to be delayed on shipments.
It's driving me nuts and I can't get any one with a clue to pick up the phone at the customer service office.

Thank you for listening!

No problems here other than the wireless link to the printer goes down from time to time.

No problems here either Brian, mine's working well. Only issues I ever had was the Adobe pop up to view and then print screen came under the main screen and I did not know about this till I hit cancel several times. Usually this pops up on top to select it and print.

Brian one more thing, you might PM Tom about this situation. He had something similar 6-12 months ago but I do not remember if he was able to resolve them or if was the same thing.

I'm still having problems. Some of you may notice that you're getting your coffee packages with the old fashioned handwritten labels.
I keep getting the same runaround from USPS (clear cookies, re-enter card info. , etc.) but I've done that several times now. If it's not resolved soon I'm going to have to go with UPS I think. I sometimes spend as much as $800 a month shipping packages with them. You'd think the yoyo's would get off there ass and find the problem.

I'm finally able to print shipping labels again. Not through ClicknShip though. After many, many, many phone calls and emails I was still unable to find anyone at the USPS that could figure out the problem. To make matters worse, 3 or 4 packages got lost while I was having the problem and handwriting labels. They never showed up at their destination or were returned to me. Man, if I put a price on all the time I spent trying to get it fixed, stood in line at the PO and the replacement packages it would add up to quite a bit.

I researched some other options like stamps.com and Pitney Bowes and finally settled on Endicia. I love it!
It's a pay service which means I have a monthly charge but it's soooo much faster than ClicknShip. It's a program you download to your computer so there's no screen refreshing to wait for. Also, I can now check the status of a shipment in a split second.

Anyway, thanks for your patience while I got this worked out and my apologies to those who experienced delays due to lost packages.
All orders will now be shipped once again with DC numbers and email notifications with tracking numbers will be automatically sent.
