Need your help.

Many of us have had issues with Padron sampler boxes arriving with several badly damaged sticks from BNB Tobacco.

We're wondering if this issue is confined to BNB, or if this has been an issue with others who have gotten these Padron samplers in the mail before from other retailers? Is it the sampler box packaging that doesn't hold up, or were they damaged before shipping? We don't know. Please chime in if you have had a Padron sampler box shipped to you and what it looked like. Thanks.

FWIW i have always known padron (above their thousands) to be fragile as shit. also ususally burn past major damage with no issues. but the vendor should well be able to do something about that.

Ive ordered from BNB a couple of different times (whenever they have had a Groupon or LivingSocial deal going on usually).. and always gotten really good results.. things are always well packaged, shipped quickly, etc...

Im guessing this is a one off issue..

Let us know how things turn out though and if BNB is willing to do something..

FYI singles all seem to have arrived just fine. Only the Padron sampler boxes were an issue.

And I agree -- what a frigging shame seeing that "A" and the Diplomatico like that. Ugh.

To my untrained eye those look like they had humidity issues or they were stepped on =\ Hard to tell but are there any telltale signs like water logged box or warping or is it just the sticks inside?

Retailer should really take care of that no questions asked. Good luck and sorry bro that sucks.

Good questions -- box is pristine (really beautiful presentation from Padron). It was sealed in the original plastic. Only reason I opened it now instead of aging them for a bit was the complaints from others -- and glad I did.

Retailer should replace those no problem, this is why i crack new boxes to check, better now than in 6 months or a year or more when you are boned, either way they will age the same, cracked or not.

I am with Java on this one also. I always check Padrons anniversary series before I purchase. FWIW they just started putting cello on the top row of sticks for the 80th anniversary but not the bottom. Hopefully it is a sign of things to come :dunno:
