So sorry to hear this but I am praying that there is no cancer and that you guys have a healthy baby. Hang in there and like others have said stay on the positive side and trust God.

Been there before and know what you are going through. There is a way through this and prayers are sent to you and your family.

Thanks, brothers. Now that the initial shock has subsided my wife has declared that, "We are going to kick the sh*t outta this cancer!"

What can I say, she's a fighter. I'm still praying for a negative result tomorrow, but we'll see... One day at time.

Update:

So it's positive. Stage 2. 80% chance of survival... the baby is "reportedly" not going to be impacted by chemo... so things look good, but this year is going to kick our collective asses.

Sounds like it was caught fairly early which is a good sign. Keep us updated, and again, you and your family will be in my thoughts.

Very sorry to hear brother, thoughts to you and your family. I can't imagine the joy and pain of your situation with a new baby on the way and your wife dealing with cancer. From family experience, try to keep a positive attitude... it goes a long way.
