Quarter Life Crisis (25th b-day coming up)

While I didn't think it would be a big deal and I frankly forget about it because I've been so busy. But what has really got my mind going round and round is the fact that I'm looking at Ph.D. program. While that by itself isn't a big deal its the fact that the majority of programs I match for are far away from where I am at now. I'm not against moving but what is hard is thinking about having to move away from my gf (been together for 4 years going on 5. She has 2 more years of medical school) for possibly 5+ years.

But on the bright side I get cheaper car insurance now at 25 (December 27th is just around the corner).

Nope, hopefully she would have a better chance of getting matched to where I am at. I think that is the case even if we are engaged. We'll see how things pan out.
