If I want to keep the wrappers on my cigar, how do I store them in the Humi?
Do I open the wrapper and pull them out say an inch?
Do I just leave them alone?
Do I ------????

You'll hear it both ways--cellophane on and cellophane off.

If you plan on moving 'em around, you should probably keep the cello on to avoid damage. Otherwise, I haven't been convinced that either on or off is better. The cello still lets the cigar breathe and doesn't keep beetles away if they decide to attack your humidor. So it's a matter of personal choice, as far as I can tell.

some say keep them on, some say remove the cello. take the cello off some, leave the cello on others. then in a years time, you can decide for yourself. i have plenty of cigars with and without, they all smoke fine

Lots of discussions on this matter.

It's up to you....personal preference. I think cigars look better naked, but I always leave them as they were sent to me.

I still believe in KISS and store the sticks how they come to me. If in cab, dress box, tubo, cello leave them as is for storage. Only thing I do now if going to smoke something I try and dry the stick out some to make for better smoking.

these kinds of things are personal preference and the threads get long winded. if you want protection and good moisture transport ive seen were all cigars get removed from cello and wrapped in tissue paper not TP or Kleenex but tissue in the end do what you feel like.
