I have a dilemma in front of me. I have a chance to buy a 910d2 or 910d3 driver. They are both demos for an awesome price (half off). They both have diamana stiff flex shafts at 9.5 degree. I am about a twelve handicap with a swing seen of about 95mph. I can not hit either one of them as there are at a golf shop where my buddy lives. Which one would be a better buy? Thanks for the help gents.

From Titleist:

What are the performance differences between the D2 and D3 driver models? What kind of player will be best-suited to which club?
The base performance differences of the 910D2 and 910D3 are similar to prior models. The 910D2 is larger at 460cc and offers more forgiveness. The 910D3 is smaller with a deep face at 445c and offers additional shot and trajectory control. With the powerful adjustability offered by SureFit Tour we don't really characterize one club as being better suited for a certain player type. The best way to find the best one for you is to be custom fit.

I'd lean more towards the D2 myself as I need all the help I can get, but if you are hitting darts, you might like the greater control of the D3.

What do you hit currently and whats your smash factor rating? Like Craig said without hitting either I wouldn't by anything, but with a 95mph swingspeed I wonder if the loft/shaft stiffness might be a bad fit regardless of the head.

I hit a taylormade super fast burner not it in front of it so I'm not sure the shafts for sure. I've decided to wait a few months and get fitted for one.
