I've seen these cigars at the location I usually shop at, and I've purchased one before, but that was when I didn't know my analog hygrometer was way off, so all the sticks I had gathered were ruined at the time. I stumbled upon a Quorum review on this site today, and figured iMd give them another try. Well, so far, just the smell, is weird. It doesn't smell like my Punch or HdM sticks. I am kind of scared. Lol. I will follow up later when I try it out.

it is a yard 'gar. sandwich style, short filler and long binder and wrapper. they won't kill you, and are kinda dependable, but don't expect fireworks.

What's a yard'gar? Like when you're mowing the lawn? That's what one guy replied with in that review. Haha.
Yeah a yardgar is a cheapie you don't mind doing other activities with besides relaxing and enjoying it or feel bad about pitching it halfway through. For example I'm not going to clean my gutters out while smoking a T52 but I will with an Alec Bradley spirit of cuba.

Quorom is basically an entry level hand rolled cigar. At $2-3 bucks a stick they are probably the best of the cheapo's. I'd take 5 smoking days off and smoke a $10 cigar over 5 of them any day of the week.

Quorum is one of the better cheapie cigars. I can still get them locally for 2 bucks or less a pop. They are fairly steady, but don't expect a premium.

I am smoking the Quorum robusto right now. It isn't that bad actually. Flavor is still kind of strange. Although I realize I like Honduran tobaccos more than Nicaraguan so far. Burns evenly. Smoke aroma is nice, but I understand the term "yard'gar" now. :)

yard 'gar as in " my mower might accidentally eat this while I am in the yard" cigar. you got it. and, no, they do not suck. very consistent burn, draw, and blending for something half short filler ( and if you want to see, split one after you are done and it has gone out totally; chopped up leaves inside whole leaf wrapper and binder). i think the Newman family shills them, and they usually do not half ass things.
