Hey guys, So I'm hunting down every Graycliff ever made. Doing a little frame with all the bands as well. All I need are three more, the Graycliff Cabinet Selection, Ditka Superbowl 20 Edition, and the B-cuz. Anyone know where to get one of these or have em in your humidors? I know Jimmie's tobacco claims to have the Cabinet Selection on their website, but I've called em multiple times to verify, and I always get the same clueless woman who has no idea what a graycliff even is.

First I wanna say welcome to the botl dude. Looks like you've just joined up today so welcome and way to jump right in. You should head over to the intro thread and introduce yourself. Just say hello and a bit about yourself. This is probably a post that's better suited for an ISO in the market place. It'll be open to you after a certain amount of posts and time on the board. So that being said head over and say hello and hang out for a bit. There are some awesome botl's and sotls here that might have what your looking for. Just gotta get to know everybody. Welcome brother!

Yeah that's a regular opus and a lost city, as well as two la Sirenia bands I rather liked. The pirate is a John Howard Graysmith, Graycliff special edition.

Tell me what Graycliff is? First I've heard & I know very little yet.
From their site

"The Graycliff Cigar Company was founded by the Garzaroli Family when Enrico Garzaroli fell in love with cigars but was unable to find that “perfect” cigar to complement what Graycliff Hotel and Restaurant has always been known for: excellent cuisine, fine wines and luxurious accommodations.

The Company began production in January 1997 in Nassau, The Bahamas. What then began as a single roller in the restaurant entrance way has now expanded to an award winning boutique Cigar Company with 16 master rollers, each an expert in their various format.

Graycliff Cigar Company’s original blend – The Graycliff – was blended by Master Torcedore Avelino Lara. Once Fidel Castro’s personal roller, Lara is famous for his creations at the El Laguito Factory outside of Havana, where he created blends for Cohiba, Davidoff and among others. Since his retirement in 2000, Enrico Garzaroli and Paolo Garzaroli have collaborated on creating all of the new blends manufactured at the award-winning Graycliff Cigar Company from the Graycliff Professionale to the more affordable lines: G2 (available worldwide) and Bahiba (available only in The Bahamas). Each blend is created to please the palate of different cigar smokers – from the buttery Emerald to the smooth and silky Chateau Grand Cru and powerful Espresso.

Graycliff Cigars’ numerous awards include: France’s Club Cigare’s 2001 Cigar of the Year Award; The Robb Report’s Best of the Best in 2003 for the Crystal, the Espresso in 2004 and Chateau Grand Cru in 2006; and many accolades from Top25Cigars.com including Best Boutique Cigar Company.

Visitors to The Graycliff Cigar Company in Nassau, Bahamas, in addition to witnessing firsthand the torcedores at work, may also take a Cigar Rolling Lesson with our expert craftsmen.

Graycliff Cigars are available in seven award winning blends: Original, Professionale, Crystal, Emerald, Chateau Grand Cru, Heritage Royale and Espresso; as well as the G2 line. They can be purchased worldwide from fine tobacconists. Graycliff Cigars come in two choices of packaging the Humidor-box of 24 and select blends come in smaller gift packs; G2 come only in boxes of 25."

I know la Palina does some manufacturing at gray cliff factory. Goldie? I think #Shadowcam would know. Actually that's a personal question out of curiosity. I'm sure you'll find what your looking for. Welcome to the forum.

I was at the factory back in June of last year. I didn't see any la Palina. I did see an advert for the G2 line but none were available at the resort due to being made under license by CI.

The La Palinas were only blended by Avelino, they are rolled at the Raices Cubanas factory in Honduras for La Palina Cigar under license.

It's a line of ultra premium cigars all blended by the Cuban master roller Avelino Lara. The rollers employed at the small factory literally the size of a large living room are all brought into Nassau from Cuba. Some people claim they are over priced, others love them. Now I also never ever pay more than $20 a stick, and that's only for something exceedingly rare. You can catch em on deals all the time on CI and Thompson. The G2 is made under license by CI. Everything else is made in Nassau. They will run $16-$25 at B&M, unfortunately my B&M got em 3rd party and after taxes it shot the price up to $35 here in Hawaii. Your mileage may vary. I'd check out Thompson Cigar Co. as they have a deal where you get 5 robustos for $35. You get a purple, white, black, blue, and brown. Graycliff is also the worlds only cigar resort, not to mention it's 5 stars.

Just to add on to arione's post, cbid gets a couple of the blends as well.
Yeah Cbid, CI, and Cigars.com all get the same deals. I believe the Avelino 80th was at least partly outsourced, but only based on the fact that the gauge doesn't match up even close to the standard Pirate size even though the G2 conforms. The robusto size of the AL80 was much better quality as well. The Platinum and Double espresso are confirmed made in Nassau, as well as the JHG, Silver 30th, and Silver 300th.
