Revved Up Energy Dip - Dip with Caffeine

I just came across this (on a questionnaire for the DoD, actually) and I've never heard of it till now. Can't find anywhere that sells it, though. Have any of you ever heard of it? I would LOVE to get my hands on this stuff.

A friend of mine in college owned a bar and sold this stuff there. I don't dip but tons of people asked for it and seemed to like it. They were the only ones who had it which makes me think they must have bought some sort of franchise. I'll look in to it for u B

lack of sleep from a combination of having a wife and getting up at 3:30 AM for work, that's what happened lol
