This is a question to all of you who are roasting your own beans. What books would you recommend to someone looking to get into roasting? I am looking for a book that guides you though the entire process (not just roasting.) Meaning what affect wet vs dr processing has on the finished product, what characteristics different growing regions have, etc.... Thanks!
