Here is a brief history of the brand:
Duran Cigars is a family-owned boutique cigar company. Our cigars are distributed in Hong Kong, Canada and Germany. In October of 2014 we established an office in Miami Florida and have begun to sell in the United States.

We grow all of our own wrappers on our farm in Ecuador called Fincas Azan. We are also very proud that we roll all of our own cigars at our factory in Nicaragua called NicaTibaco.

The company is owned by Roberto Pelayo Duran. Roberto has spent his entire life in the premium cigar industry. He got his start working for Habanos S.A. out of Cuba. He was tasked with expanding the Cuban Cigar profile in the Asia Pacific regions. He eventually joined British American Tobacco (BAT) and headed up the legendary cigar brand Dunhill. Five years ago, Roberto decided to start his own company.

We are one of the few truly boutique brands that grows their own tobacco and roll their own cigars. Today we are known for the Duran Signature Line, Azan Maduro, Azan White, Azan Burgundy and the Neya brand.

Duran Cigars asks you to 'Experience the Difference'.

I like there premium lines. The bundle cigars aren't bad either. I just heard about them because some of the Torano guys that lost their job when he sold are now salesman for them.

If it's in Ohio Miguel might be the salesman. He's a great guy.

There's a couple of vids on cigarobsession's youtube channel where the guys from Roberto P. Duran are interviewed by Bryan and answer questions from viewers (was a live show).

Ive heard of them, haven't had any of their lines though. I would definitely check it out, sit down, light one up, and go from there. If you're one who is willing to give smaller, boutique cigar companies a shot it shouldn't hurt.
