This is the first I've ever heard of a stick being blended with CC and NC tobacco. Granted they wouldn't be selling them here in the US, but still...

Has anyone else heard of this happening before, or is it a new development?

ETA - I know Camacho has used pre-embargo CC leaf in their blends before, but that's different...

No clue. This is the first I have heard of that as well. I'm very curious of the profile of such a cigar. I bet it's tasty.

Silly question, since I'm not sure why it comes to mind, but does Johnny O mix NC and CC tobacco? I feel I read it somewhere, but don't want to present it as a fact for fear of spreading disinformation.

EDIT: Just found the discussion I was recalling. It was with regards to whether Johnny O's were Cuban, partial Cuban, or completely NC. Hopefully someone here can shed some more definitive light on the subject.

Cheers,

Spenny

I have no idea... Never heard that myself, but I suppose it could be possible?

Alex, your mission; should you choose to accept it:
Travel to Germany and infiltrate this "private client". Get as many as you can fit in your travel humidor and ship them safely to Pittsburgh. I will hold for safekeeping.
If I could do that I totally would. Lol. I'm extremely curious about this blend. May have to just ask Skip directly..
