Greetings, this Petite Corona is from Oct. 2012 from France. to start it has a very floral fragrance and solid construction with a beautiful colorado wrapper. upon lighting it had a light spice, cream, cedar ,herb and floral taste. the fragrance is very R y J floral. the body is medium with very herbal woody light spice and heavy cream and maybe a touch of white chocolate. this is a very delicate smoke with more complexity than I thought it would have. it had no edges on it, which is a surprise for such a young stick, but it is a French selection and they tend to be more aromatic and floral. I would put this as a tea time smoke and did I mention half way in It tasted like oolong tea was pouring out of it. this is a refined taste smoke that is balanced in all it's flavors. it had a slightly tough draw which I like in Habanos, which seem to make it more rich, creamy and long burning. it was like heavy cream all the way to the nub. the burn was pretty even and slow with a solid gray ash that I only had to ash twice. To sum it up this is a cigar any one could smoke and not be over or underwhelmed for what it is. I would call it classy refinement. It was nice for a change of pace, because I usually smoke heavier darker cigars. I would name this Monet or Moet for it's beauty, fragrance and flavor. It would pair nicely with French White Wine or a high end Oolong Tea. over all ,it is elegant and not what I typically smoke, but I recommend it as a change of pace and meditate on, day type smoke. very surprised for a cigar this young. It is difficult to gauge where the flavors will go and be in the aging of this smoke. These are very inexpensive and good to have for day time change up smokes. I got about an hour and a half out of a five inch cigar, even though I savor cigars as a meditative journey. For now grab a glass of Moet White Star or a cup of Oolong in the afternoon and go into a floral Monet kind of experience.:cbig:
