Beautiful Spring morning at 8:50

Clipped with Xiar cutter, good resistance on the draw. Pre draw is woody and slightly spicy. First few puffs are spicy and a little sweet and slightly sour. There is a good amount of spice on the retrohale. I am getting a hint of musky earth undertones. I can see where the term "Blended in the Cuban full bodied style" comes from now. I am getting hits of a odd sweetness maybe like marshmallow but not quite. The burn is right on, a very well constructed stick and the ash held on for about an inch. The cigar is starting to mellow out a bit with a small amount of sweet creaminess to it.

2/3rds

The spice is almost gone at this point. There is still that sweetness there that I cant pinpoint but now I am getting a bit of salt and meaty flavor as well. Burn is just a little of, corrected with my torch. Now the spice is back and the sweetness is changing. So, it tastes like Play Dough smells. (I have a pallet of a Dad with young kids.) The wrapper is beginning to split, hope this wont be an issue. I am now getting a really deep tobacco taste almost like Copenhagen snuff. I have been noticing this a lot in cigars lately, not bad at all just a really deep tobacco taste. This is a pretty bold cigar, med-full bodied if you will, next time I smoke one I can see a dark cup of expresso going well with it.

Last 1/3

Went out on me, relight all is well. Flavors are pretty much the same, maybe an added muskiness earth deal going on. Well it was a pretty good smoke. Did not knock my socks off but if would still pick this up before a Illusione MK since I found them similar.

End 10:10 am

Thanks Bob for the chance to smoke this!

Thanks. I've got one of these in the wings, but I don't think I'll get to it for awhile due to its length, and supposed strength. I've heard nothing but good things though.

I keep hearing good things about these. Thanks for the review. I'll definitely be adding a few to my next purchase.

Anyone got one I can try?:peckkiss:

Maybe we can work some sort of trade!? I'm on the hunt for full bodied, spicy sticks and many are recommending this one.
