So, I ran down to the b&m last evening to pick up some different sticks I wanted to try and one was the RYJ by Romeo y Julieta in pyramid. First off I love the wrapper, pre lit smell and draw. So I properly toasted and went to town in normal fashion. The flavor for me is nothing but fantastic and am a huge fan if this mix, however, next up was the burn, absolutely horrible . I bet I relit this thing probably 15 times or so, but was to tasty to give up on. I have seen some review and they all stated the same on the burm.
What gives with this problem from such a established brand?:dunno:

A lot of B&Ms tend to run high humidity which would lead to burn problems. That would be my guess. Next time grab one take it home and let it sit in your humidor for a while. I almost never smoke the singles I buy locally right away

Im smoking a medallas de oro right now and the burn line is kinda off. For sure what Tom said a little rest at the correct humidity goes a looooong way. I havent smoked too many ryj but the ones I have, never have a perfect burn. Although I dont have any relights most times, I do have a couple touch ups.
