Also, there was some fine dust like residue in the cello Wouldn't there be holes in the tobacco? I put it in the freezer as soon as I saw the hole but I was wondering if it was a sign of beetles?

If it was mine I'd still store it in a tin cigar tube, and smoke it soon.. If she's been in the humidor already, just keep your eyes open for a little while.
