SKS Replacement Stocks

Anyone have any experience with sks stock replacements ala tapco etc?
Thinking about getting a replacement stock to update my Norinco Sks.

Will an AK stock kit work, I know its the same .762, not sure about sizing, if so I can help... if not... sorry.

My buddy bought a busted old SKS and re did it all tactical style with composite stock, and it's a beast. I'll ask him where he got his stuff.

Tapco is absolute garbage. Avoid it.

I'll ask some of my AK buddies for recommendations.

CyRann - I don't think so.. while they are similar, I haven't seen anywhere that says they are compatable.

I have been mulling the Tac Style.. 6 position stock, railed etc. I love the way it shoots, actually much better than my brother's AK. It seems to be quite a bit smoother handling, and very accurate.

He said it's been awhile, but it is the Dragunov stock. He doesn't know where he got it, but I can this...it's sick.
