Yesterday afternoon I ordered a 5 pack of Illusione cg4 maduros from Small Batch Cigar. Within 15 minutes of receiving the email order confirmation, I received an email from Andrew at small batch notifying me that he had discounted my charge to reflect a 25% discount as Small Batch plans to run a sale on Illusione this weekend. Five minutes after that email, I received another email saying that my order had shipped.

Wow, just wow. Impeccable customer service coupled with fast shipping makes these guys a fantastic retailer. Hats off to small batch!

I love Smallbatch. I have always received notification, usually within an hour with my tracking #. Once I placed an order around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and got the order on Monday before noon. That CA to nowhere MO. How de do dat?
