Smoking in Indiana

Howdy Herfers!
Name's Thom handles zerbiac. Moved to In from IL recently. No good B&M, doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in cigars here honestly. Since I just moved here there might be some hidden cigar lounge in an alternate dimension I can't reach, but I doubt it. So here I am, hoping to make some new friends and connections. If ANYBODY knows of a decent B&M within a half hour of Lafayette, IN PLEASE let me know.
Big fan of Drew Estate, 601, Diesel and most medium to full body cigars. Any suggestions on new cigars to try would be welcomed as well. In my free time I mud my jeep, read, and get tattoos.
New to the whole forum thing so all help and or tips on using this site will be appreciated.

My buddy is from Lafayette and I know he used to frequent a good shop in the area. I don't know if its within a half hour but I can get back with you and check. I hail from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Its not to far north of you.

Thanks Brother. I'm from just north of Chicago where there is a cigar store on every block. I did stop by a "cigar lounge" downtown, but all they had were some cigars I could get fro cigarbid for 1/3 the cost. Hell, if I can't find a B&M I may be out your way to shop & Herf. If ya here from your buddy let me know. I want to try some of the new cigars from the Vegas show. But online all I find is 5 stick deals. Want to try one before I buy several or maybe a box.

Well hello! I went to Purdue in the late 90's and Lafayette was a dead cigar town back then so it sounds like it hasn't changed any. Don't forget to stop by and do the Newbie Trade board. It's a quick easy way to get your first trader rating.

Riverside Cigars in Jeffersonville...about 2 1/2 hrs away if you are ever in that area. Great shop. Jeff is the owner and a solid guy. Good luck.

If you are in Indianapoils the best shops are Carmack's in Noblesville, Cigar Haven in Fishers, and pipe puffer in Greenwood. Sounds like you went to Nicky Blaine's, awesome place, bring your own smokes. I live in Cincy now, but I sm from Indy. Many goid places to smoke, just have to find them. Om me if you have other questions.
