OK so heading back to Chicago, will have blocks of free time during the day, what/where can you legally smoke now? I just heard that Millenium park was out (true??)-this sucks as I'm right across the street. G1
There is an excellent article on Wikipedia covering smoking laws in the US. From the article, seems like your best bet in Chicago would be to find a tobacconist.
