Misc paper trash (old bills, receipts, torn maps)
At least one pint of Peach brandy
Wacky tobacky paraphenelia

These days it's usually :

Bottle of Tums
Bottle of Tylenol
Lots of paper napkins
Baggie of toothpicks
Leatherman multi-purpose tool
Laminated maps
Owner's manual with registration + insurance docs
Fake dog poo
