Was flipping through my latest issue of Cigar Press magazine and I was checking out their reviews and came across quite a few cigars that I've never heard of before. Part of the reason why I love this magazine, definitely blows Cigar Aficionado out of the water.

Abram Harris El Jefe. I've never heard of this brand before, the cigar looks very good though. It's from Puerto Rico and has a Brazilian Maduro wrapper.

Savinelli Dos Campeones Coraje. I've seen the Savinelli brand name before but never really looked into them. Anyone a fan? This particular cigar looks good. Review seems pretty favorable. Made in Nicaraguan and Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.

Savinelli Dos Campeones Sixto. Same story as above.

Casa Miranda. Famous has these and they say they are made in the El Titan de Bronze factory (man I'm hearing a lot about El Titan lately). It's made in Miami and has an Ecuadorian Sungrown wrapper.

Lou Rodriguez Edicion Premier. From what I read on their website it seems they may have some affiliation with Pinar Del Rio? The review seemed very good. Nicaraguan with a San Andres Maduro wrapper.

La Palina. These seem quite pricey, but it got a very favorable review. I don't know much about the brand. Bahamas with Costa Rican wrapper.

Those are what caught my attention most. Would loved to hear peoples opinions and experiences with these cigars. Thanks guys.

I am so far behind on trying new smokes I have no chance of catching up. Here's what's still in my queue to be tried:
Viaje Late Harvest
Viaje platino lancero
Viaje Satori
Viaje Summerfest
Viaje TNT
Tat Avion
Tattoo lancero
Tat TAA
Murcielago
LP Undercrown
La Casita Criollo
Fausto
EPC EL 2011
EPC Short Run #4
Cain F lancero
Buena Vista
Berger & Argenti

I did get to smoke the EPC Elencos last week, and that was great! Guess I'm not in too much of a hurry and trying to smoke through the older stuff.

A big thank you to all the people who plow through all the new releases, so I get an idea of what to buy. I really prefer to let my smokes rest a month (or more) before smoking.

I gave up a long time ago trying to catch up. By the time I try something new it has been out a couple of years and I already know if it is good or not. Regarding NC's anyway.

I miss out on some EL's and such, but there are always more right behind them.

I'm hoping to fire up a Cojonu 03 soon. haha
