Botl that know me personally will tell you that although I'm generally a good person sometimes I can get a little heated and often voice tress. Right now I'm trying to not fall into my old habits. With out getting into all the details, here is the skinny. I am trying to negotiate on a fairly expensive item. This item is very important to my wife and I. I have been in negations for this item with attorneys and a broker. After attorneys review our broker was suppose to rewrite several paragraphs and resend it to us.
After reviewing the contract tonight I just couldn't believe it. All the sides of the page were cut off (line numbers) and bottoms of page cut off. Rich. I know.......... I know.......just breath........... Maybe I just expect to much from professionals

Absolutely! But when you shoot back a email stating what has happened. The broker states, "Yeah I seen that looks like the initials are still intact on all pages" "Should be ok"

Yeah, I'd fire any broker that sends me an email with that improper usage of "seen".

No Rich I think he has moved on to another professional but I too have found real estate people to be an interesting breed. Keep the faith Justin and text me if you need to hang with some BOTL.
