Sorry I've been absent lately

Just wanted to say that I'm sorry I've been absent from here lately. Work has be very busy as we just launched a new device / accessories. The last several weeks have been a blur of in-store trainings, sales meetings and training classes. Add to that the planning involved, travel, follow-up and you get the idea. I hope to be back to posting on a regular basis here once things calm down a bit. I miss talking to my fellow BOTLs....
