Sould I be concerned

This may be a silly question but being relatively new to CCs I figured I would ask. The serial number on the box of Behikes I just got in was scratched off. This is the first time I have seen this from either of the places I have used on my purchases. Everything else seems good. Should I be concerned at all. Thanks for the help.

No. It just means you purchased from a grey market vendor. They usually tear off all bar codes, some boxes do pass through with the bar code intact. The serial number is embedded on the seal itself, starting from 2011 and on. You can use a magnifying glass to see the micro printed serial number in numerous place. One spot is above the "C" in the word "Republica"

My last 2 boxes had the microprint rubbed off as well as removing the barcode.
