BOTL - Just too stoked about these to NOT share here...
Collaborating with a local Nashville artisan ("Down South Leather") on these. Each piece is hand-cut from a full side of 100% vegetable-tanned leather, then individually hand-dyed jet black and sealed. The logos ("Crowned Heads" and "Las Calaveras") are embossed one at a time using heat and a hand press. Then the pieces are hand-sewn together using a traditional leather craft method of saddle stitching.
The edges are burnished so the seems are virtually invisible. The chrome vintage rivets ar then hand set with a hammer. The last step is a final finish that is applied to the case to protect against wear and moisture.
The end result is a 3-cigar carrying case that looks like a Harley saddlebag had a baby with a traditional cigar case/holder:
