Just wondering if anyone else around here collects sports memorabilia. I am working on my collection now and I love some of the pieces I've got.

My office is filled with SF Giants signed bats/balls/jerseys, bobbleheads and misc other pictures.

My home office has a bunch of signed UFC stuff (old posters/pictures/gloves.)

I have a pretty extensive collectibles collection as I grew up in the sports collectibles industry as my mom worked for a company that did signings with Cal Ripken Jr, Molitor, Eddie Murray, Jimmy Johnson, Don Shula, Dan Marino, and others. So, as a kid I got a lot of free signed stuff. I used to collect a lot of autographs, but in the last couple years I haven't put much effort into it. I've got like 20 signed mini NFL helmets, a dozen or so baseballs, and a lot of other sports stuff. I also have books signed by Bill Clinton, Richard Nixon, Aerosmith, Dwayne Wade, Tim Tebow, Donald Trump, and others. The only stuff I have framed on my wall I will post below. I need to start getting stuff framed.

I was into getting autographs when I was young and met a lot of people to get autos, pictures etc. I personally don't like the autograph business as there have been way too many companies that have been outed as selling fakes. I was never a collector just to collect, but genuinely liked meeting all the people I did and having their autograph was just my way of remembering all my experiences. In my first place of living after college, i was burglarized and got my favorite autos and sports memorabilia stolen including Joe Montana, Michael Jordan and some other big names. Oh well...

Besides some well stored newspaper back pages of memorable NY Giants and Yankee games it's about all I have as far as memorabilia per se. Obviously as a kid growing up in the 80s/90s I was a huge card collector. That passion didn't quite take off as I thought it could lol. I still have about 75% of my collection! the other 25% was stolen from me, they were in a box or two in my trunk when my car got stolen. They found my car about a month later. Empty.
