Here it is almost a year later and I am still working on that biz plan.. man there is a lot of crap in these things!...I am thinking I may have gotten in to deep with the plan and should start over...LOL
BTW.. the plan hasn't changed much from what we want to do in downtown Tulsa...still looking at doing a big bar/humidor/outdoor bar... only now I am thinking that the outdoor area might be on the roof of the bar...we have a few buildings picked out in the brookside area of Tulsa. Also looking at Cherry street and the Jenks area... if someone has a Biz plan that they could send me to compare mine too that would be great.:cbig:
