Brother...I had to where steel toes for almost 20 years and I can tell you this. It is very important you put them on first before you buy. Looks are very diseaving with steel toed shoes/boots...JMHO.

No offense to anyone but being a firefighter and having to wear steel toe boots I only buy the best for my feet, yes they are more expensive but they are well worth the investment. REDWINGS

Worked on a farm around alot of heavy equipment that required steel toes. I liked redwings...liked my wolverines more. Whatever you get, if you're spending alot of hours in 'em air soles are a must.

Been wearig nothing but Redwings for the past 10 years. Shittier since they stopped makijng them in the USA but still the best!

Looked at some Redwings the other day. They really are cheap any more, just over $100? None of them were my style. I wear Timberland Pro steel toes on a daily basis.

I've worn multiple different brands of boots throughout my career and I'll say that redwing was the best IMO. They are pricey though, and sad to hear that they are no longer made in US.

Redwings FTW! I'm not a fan of the Bates boots. On my ship, nearly everyone wore Redwings. They have outlet stores, you can get them cheap there
