Anyone purchase from them before? I found a deal for $25.00 off a purchase of $50.00 or more, was considering making a purchase. Was thinking maybe a box of CAO Piranha's before they are gone forever.

Yeah I picked up a $40 for 20 last year and used it to buy some hardgoods. A stinky and some other stuff. Think I threw in a CAO flavours sampler for the wife. Everything went smoothly.

I just checked out their site - just about everything is marked up...a lot.

Short stories "retail" for 12.70 but the "stogie boys" price is 7.23....which is still a rip off.

Seems to me like they're sorta built for the Groupon/Living Social thing. Big markups, negated by internet coupons.

Yep, they are marked up quite a bit. I just grabbed a $20 for $40 groupon, gonna get me a $25ish palio.

I jumped on this deal myself after seeing on one of my deal websites.

I just bought a Stinky Ashtray and a 5'er of sticks (if you buy 4 you get one free) ... got 3 Oliva V robustos and 2 Padilla 1932's .... just had to pay the extra $6.50 for shipping (since you can't use the coupon towards any of the shipping costs.

I think all of that for $33 bucks is not to bad of a deal.

I see stinky on eBay for 20 which I have been wanting so for me it was a good since the 5'er of sticks basically cost me about $13 bucks.

They do have a very small selection of stuff and very limited on much quality cigars but could be worth it for some hardware ... heck I saw a Bally II 100 count humidor on sale for $55 ....so if someone was looking for a new nice humidor could have had that after coupon and shipping for $36.50!!!

It can work for some on deals like this I suppose.

I did the groupon $60 for $30 and just received a box of El Rey Del Mundo yesterday. Because of the markup the deal was only slightly better than normal retail but still a deal. I did notice the box code was from September '10.
On a side note, I ordered 3 10 packs of Oliva MB3 from Holts that came at the same time. There was a mix up at the UPS sorting plant though and they shipped them right back the same day. Pretty miffed about that..
