storage question for you guys

i have a coolidor that is in my closet but the closet gets pretty cold the humidity is fine on the inside does the coolness from the exterior influence the cigars i inspect them often and they feel fine smoke fine but are cool to the touch during the winter months

If one or more of the closet walls is an exterior wall, you may want to move it to another location in your house during the winter and summer months. Coolers are designed to hold the temp inside of it to a consistent level, but when the temp on the outside of it gets extremely hot or extremely cold, it can fluctuate albeit very slowly.

It shouldn't harm your cigars though and you can always leave it out for a couple hours to bring it up to room temp. Lighting a cigar that is too cold could lead to the wrapper splitting or burn issues.

Get a digital thermometer and put in the box. You can find them just about anywhere (target, radio shack, etc.). Cold isn't as harmful to cigars as heat is.
