Surprise cigars for me!

Even though my birthday is a ways off, my daughter and her husband were up here in Michigan from Florida this past weekend for a wedding and she surprised me with a handful of nice cigars! It's extremely difficult to find CAO LaTraviatas anywhere around here, so she went to Benningtons on St. Armands Circle in Sarasota (nice shop) and picked up a few, along with another CAO Maduro stick and a nice AVO. I think my wife had something to do with this!

Thats great , my wife sneaked into Sosa cigars while on holiday in Orlando to bring me a Fuente hemmingway and a copy of smoke magazine, to keep me occupied while she shopped at Disney. I love it when relatives do things like that.

We go to Sarasota often, and I LOVE this place. Sadly, the last time we went was before I picked up this addiction. But, even then - it was still a very cool place. Maybe I'm just a sucker for sarasota, who knows :cjump:

There's another great shop down there. It's called Maduro Cigar Bar and it's on Tamiami trail on the south side of Sarasota. Don't let the strip mall exterior fool you. It certainly became my hangout when we last visited.
