Taboo cigars

I recently ordered some smokes from the taboo cigar company and just wanted to share my really positive experience with them. I ordered some El Batons in two different sizes because they were on clearance for $1.75 each I ordered 6 of each size. Well right after I ordered they sent me an email saying they were out of the one size. They said I could substitute any taboo cigars I wanted for the same price even though they were normally priced at 5 or 6 bucks each. I sent them an email back on Saturday with the sticks I wanted and they shipped the same day. I got home today and they had already arrived which was awesome. They also through in some pens, business cards, and a coaster. You just can't ask for better service than that.

They haven't messed up on any of my orders yet but if they ever do I can count on them to make it right and then some. I've heard a lot of good things about their customer service.

...and of course their cigars are great too.

I Just tried the Barber Pole Robusto the other day, and was pleasantly surprised.

That's awesome service. I also got my order in today. Really fast shipping. I've had the LR Havana and thought it was extremely good. Reminded me a little of the Tat Nobles. BTW, which one did they run out of?

I haven't had many of their house "Taboo" brand sticks, but I've always had great purchasing experiences from them. Really great customer's service too.

Taboo was the place I got most of my Padrons. With their occasional huge discount coupons, it was about the cheapest place in town to get them ... at least to my knowledge. That train has sailed, though, since they've ditched the coupon system.

If you haven't had the Taboo Twist then I highly recommend it. I have a few of their other sticks in my humidor but I haven't gotten around to smoking them yet.

early on they sent me the wrong size of some taboo sticks, a whole bundle. when i called about it and said i'd send them back for the right size, rob said just keep them and pass them out to your friends and i'll send you the right size. now that's amazing.
