Task Manager

Tryin to figure out something that happened on my 1 month old desktop.

As of recently, when I hit, ctrl, alt, del to bring up my task manager, I get the following pop-up:

"Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator."

I am the only one that uses the system and I go in under my name opposed to administrator. Any ideas on the fix?

Windows XP obviously.
