IIRC, those all came in traditional cabinet boxes. A wet pack is like the black petit lances that are wrapped in one foil pouch inside the box. Not 100 though on the sticks you listed though as I've only seen them set up for retail and open.

A "wet pack" refers to the cigar being packaged in foil immediately after rolling, no bands or anything (I think always no band, could be wrong). An example http://topqualitycigars.com/Wet_Wrap_Sampler.html
Black PL came banded in a foil wet pack. Some of the reservas came out with just the Brown band with the reserva stripe on the box if I'm not mistaken. I'm sure they've released wet packs unbranded as well. Tatuaje likes to put out a lot of variants. It's mildly overwhelming... Ha ha ha

For the most part most of them are wet packed if they are in foil. Pete said of he is using the foil he tries to get them wrapped ASAP. But there are some like the petite cazzie that is not WP. The thing is though that if it does have foil...they are meant to stay in the foil to age. Can say from my experience they is a big difference from when you leave it in and take it out. Even the OR blacks...the bundles don't have the same flavor profile as the foil jar packs.

As for the wet pack cojonu...good smoke. Has been out for a couple years and not a one shop exclusive.
