I never knew that tattooing was illegal in Ok.

Each state does have its own restrictions. For example, in CT you are not allowed to tattoo necks or hands. It still gets done tho. I think its Mass. you are not suppose to tattoo feet, necks, and hands. They have recent legalized tattooing as well.
