I would doubt it. It's not like he has an overwhelming amount of trademarks and he openly talks about a lot of his projects.

Avion was the new cigar I was referring to. This will be a spin off of Fausto.

Cool! Here's hoping it's a smaller Fausto, I'd love a corona, petite lancero, or petite corona (since he already did a petite robusto in the T110). Or how about a WAOM sized Fausto ... schwing!
