What a GREAT surprise i just got from our accountant.

instead of having to pay taxes, like i was absolutely positive i was going to, I get a REFUND!!!! :smokingbo:smokingbo:smokingbo

And what's more, is the refund is about the same amount that i thought i was going to have to pay!!! which is to say, a substantial sum :clap:

Life couldn't be any better right now!!!

well...maybe this would help...:lady: + :kissforeh = :jitb:

That's awesome, Gene! We got a refund too--very nice! As long as Obama doesn't repeal the Child Tax Credit, we'll be set for 2010 as well (baby number 2 due in less than 3 weeks!).

Yeah, but I hate giving them the free loan. . .:argh: I calculated my deductions accurately this year and ended up paying $54.00. It was nice to keep and use all of my money without a big tax bill at the end. . .:smile:

I hate it too, but unfortunately my wife is military and they have stupid policies about automatic taxation rates, so we ended up with a HUGE free loan to Uncle Sam, which pisses me off. Then again, they work for Uncle Sam, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
