So I work on campus as a tech support agent. Just an hour ago, this woman calls and she's going nuts over the phone. She was an inch from crying. I ask her to make sure the power cable is securely plugged in on both ends. Not a second after, the phone goes silent and she says she'll call me back. I assume since she hasn't that the cable just needed to be plugged in. You'd be surprised at the volume of calls I get where all the caller need do is plug their computer in or sometimes just push the power button.
