I received a Tesa Gran Cru in a trade and really enjoyed it and since several people here speak highly of them I thought I would give some of their other lines a try so I ordered their 10 cigar sampler. For reasons unknown to either party the USPS would not deliver to my house and returned the package back to Tesa. They contacted me and told me they had received the package back and I asked them to try to reship which they did and this time they were delivered. So was sitting at my desk this afternoon and I get a call from a number I do not recognize in Chicago turns out it was Brian from Tesa calling to see if my sticks had arrived because the tracking no. hadn't updated. I was completely floored, I have never had a vendor call me to check on a delivery. I always assumed that they figure if they don't hear from you then their stuff was delivered. I'm sure they will get more of my business.
