Hello, my name is Dan. I'm from Fort Wayne, Indiana. My buddy sent me to this site after exploiting my additive personality. No, but really I have a few great friends, who have introduced me to premium smokes in the last few months. I have amassed a small collection, and a nice humidor that I inherited. I've been posting my daily smokes on Google+, my username on there is also "damoba", please add me.
I have found that my palate prefers a smooth, dark, and leathery full bodied cigar. All the smokes I've had so far that were maduro, I have enjoyed. I guess the only thing i haven't liked were a couple of Connecticut wrapped smokes that had a very dry taste, but i have had other Connecticut's that I did like. I was introduced to the "infused" lines, not a big fan however, of the ones I have had, the Acid Blondie, Tabak Especial, and the Drew Estate Natural Juicy Lucy are good.
My friends have recently started a cigar club, that meets once a month. We went to an event a few weeks ago, for Drew Estates. There I purchased my first box, at that moment I knew I was hooked. I look forward to learning more everyday about great cigars. It's nice to know that there are others with extensive knowledge, that are willing to help us "fresh cuts".
My two favorites so far are the El Rey Del Mundo Oscuro, and a King Havano Maduro Fuerte. My first box is the Joya De Nicaragua Antano Dark Corojo. I look forward to talking to you all and experiencing as many new smokes as possible. Thanks
