Howdy,

My name is Lynn and I wanted to thank you for allowing me to participate in this forum. What a ton of great information. Thanks to Cyrann for the introduction here too.

I am the founder of the Straight Razor Place, the original and first straight razor forum on the web. We are seeing a large amount of people coming into and really enjoying shaving with a straight razor. The whole wet shaving experience is very relaxing and enjoyable.

I love smoking cigars; Tat's, Monte #2, Series D, Opus, Anejo and on and on. I also love riding Harley's, golfing, shooting, archery and fishing.

Welcome!

I've been wet shaving since I've been shaving. It's what I learned. I've always been more of a safety razor guy though. I've used more "modern" methods occasionally, and found that they have a worse shave, with more discomfort.

Welcome, Lynn! I bought your DVD a couple of years ago and learned a lot. I've got a NOS Friodur that I've been meaning to send your way for its initial honing. (I PM'd you about it on SRP, but then I never got around to sending it.)

Welcome to the brotherhood. I always wanted to try a straight razor, but I was scared I'd slit my throat.
